What to do if ...
Problem
The oven is not heating up
The oven lighting is not oper-
ating
F11 appears in the clock dis-
play
A fault code that is not listed
above appears in the clock
display
If you are unable to remedy the problem by following the above sugges-
tions, please contact your dealer or the Customer Care Department.
Warning! Repairs to the appliance are only to be carried out by qualified service
engineers. Considerable danger to the user may result from improper repairs.
If the appliance has been wrongly operated, the visit from the customer service
technician or dealer may not take place free of charge, even during the warranty
period.
Advice on cookers with metal fronts:
Because of the cold surface at the front of the cooker, opening the oven door
during (or just after) baking or roasting may cause the glass to steam up.
Possible cause
The oven has not been
switched on
The clock has not been set
The required settings have not
been set.
The oven's automatic cut-out
has been triggered.
The fuse in the house's electri-
cal wiring (fuse box) has been
tripped.
The oven light is broken.
The meat probe has short
circuited or the plug of the
meat probe is not firmly in
position in the socket
Electronic fault
Remedy
Switch the oven on.
Set the clock.
Check the settings.
See Automatic cut-out
Check the fuse. If the fuses trip
repeatedly, please call a quali-
fied electrician.
Change the oven light bulb.
Insert the meat probe plug as
far as it will go into the socket
on the side wall of the oven.
Switch the appliance off and on
again via the house fuse or the
safety switch in the fuse box.
If it is displayed again, please
contact the Customer Care De-
partment
