3.1 Link Info.

The default page is as below after you launch the configuration utility. It displays the current link
status of WL-8313. You may press the "Radio off" button if you want your wireless PCI adapter to
stop working. After the wireless PCI adapter stops working, the "Radio off" button will be
renamed to "Radio on". Click it if you would like to get your wireless PCI adapter back to work. If
you have connected to a certain Access Point, pressing "Rescan" button enables the wireless
PCI adapter to rebuild the link with the Access Point.
1. Status: It shows the BSSID associated with, which can be used to identify the wireless network.
2. SSID: It shows the current SSID, which must be the same for the wireless client and AP in order
to establish the link.
3. TxRate: It shows the current data rate for transmission.
4. Channel: It shows the current channel for communication.
5. Link Quality: It shows the link quality of WL-8313 with the Access Point when operating in
Infrastructure mode.
6. Signal Strength: It shows the signal strength of the wireless connection between WL-8313 and
the Access Point.
