    • Test your carpets/rugs/upholstery - Run the machine over a small hidden area. If no pile distortion occurs continue cleaning over required area. IMPORTANT: Only use Vax carpet cleaning solution. Using other solutions may cause excess foaming. Excessive foam will prevent the machine from working effectively. Using other solutions will invalidate the guarantee. IMPORTANT: The clean water tank should only be filled with warm water (max 40°C).
