Memory

You can store up to 10 numbers in the memory of each
of your BT Freelance 102 handsets for quick and easy
dialling. Numbers can be up to 18 digits long.

Store a memory number

1. Press
to open the menu.
2. Press
to open the memory.
3. Press
repeatedly to select a memory location
(0 to 9).
4. Use the keypad to enter the telephone number to be
stored.
5. Press
to save. You will hear a confirmation beep.

Dial a memory number

1. Press
repeatedly to display the number you want.
Or
Press
, then select the relevant memory location
(0 to 9) using the keypad.
2. Press
to dial the displayed number.
3. Press
to end the call.

To edit a number
Edit a number, by storing a new
number in the relevant memory
location. The new number will
overwrite the old one.
Press
to delete an incorrect
digit.
You can enter a telephone number
up to 18 digits.
Insert a pause in a number
You may need to do this if you are
connected to a switchboard. When
entering a number, usually after
entering the switchboard access
code (e.g. 9) press and hold
until P appears in the display.
