During BIO programmes the water is briefly heated to more than 50 °C so that the active oxygen
becomes effective.

The various stages in the wash programme have different sounds; this is because the dishes are was-
hed more intensely for short periods during certain stages of the wash programme to improve cle-
aning.

The consumption figures were measured under standard conditions. They are dependent on the loa-
ding of the racks. Variations from these figures are therefore possible in practice.
