Profile Filters: Filter Tab Page
Use the Filter Tab Page to set a filter for the profile.
APS
APS can automatically set the parameters to measure the profile.
Averaging
Changes in data can be smoothed out using the average values of adjacent data.
Averaging is performed in the width direction
Smoothing
Changes in data can be smoothed out using the intermediate values of adjacent data.
Smoothing is performed in the width direction.
Interpolation
Interpolation is used to interpolate between data in areas while profile data is missing
(areas where measurement is not possible).
OFF：
A measurement error signal will be output for each area where measurement cannot
be obtained.
ON：
Data for areas where measurements could not be obtained is calculated using linear
interpolation between the data to the left and right. (Up to 64 missing data values can
be obtained with this method.)
Pixel Number
Set the number of pixels to be interpolated when interpolating profile data.
Noise removal
Other than images with a setting pixel will be regarded as noise and exduded from
measurement.
