TROUBLESHOOTING

CONDITION
No power.
C 275BEE always at standby mode;
cannot be switched ON using the
front panel STANDBY button.
No sound.
No sound one channel.
Weak bass/diffused stereo image.
POWER/STANDBY LED stays red
upon turning POWER ON.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The power cord is disconnected.
POWER switch set to OFF position.
+12V TRIGGER IN/INPUT SENSE switch set to "AUTO"
position.
Power AC lead unplugged or power not switched ON.
No input signal applied through the INPUT sockets.
INPUT LEVEL CONTROL turned down.
Speaker not properly connected or damaged.
Input lead disconnected or damaged.
Speakers wired out of phase.
There is short circuit in the speaker cabling.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Plug the power cord into the wall outlet
securely.
Set the POWER switch to ON position.
Slide the +12V TRIGGER IN/INPUT SENSE
switch to "OFF" position.
Check if AC lead is plugged-in and POWER
switched ON (along with the corresponding
ATO logic configuration).
Check that there is active input signal
applied through the INPUT sockets.
Turn INPUT LEVEL CONTROL up to the
correct level.
Check connections and speakers.
Check leads and connections.
Check connections to all speakers in the
system.
Switch C 275BEE OFF and check speaker
cable connections for both speaker terminals
at the rear panel.
