Speed Dial Buttons

The Speed Dial Buttons Have Three Functions:
1. The person carrying the device may place a voice call to the numbers stored
in the speed dial buttons. (See Example 1: Placing a Voice Call, page 9).
2. When calling the device from one of the stored numbers in either speed dial,
the Gemtek recognizes these numbers and automatically responds with a
busy signal. The location of the Gemtek will then be sent to the phone that
requested the device's location.
3. The mobile phone numbers programmed as speed dials can receive alert
notifications for specific events.
• The numbers stored in the speed dial buttons can be setup in your
online account.
• The numbers programmed in the speed dial buttons are unable to
place a voice call to the device unless you disable caller ID first by
dialing *67 and then dialing the device's phone number.
