SOLUTION
• Check the connection to the transceiver.
• Set squelch to the threshold point.
• Set [VOL] to a suitable level.
• Drain water from the speaker.
• Change channels.
• Push [HI/LO] on the microphone to select
high power.
• Set the desired channels as "TAG" channels. p. 13
• Turn the beep tone ON in Set mode.
• Set squelch to the threshold point.
• Program the MMSI (DSC self ID) code.
