USING SET-UP

You can set the SET-UP in
1. Press the MENU button to display the menu screen.
2. Press or to select [SET-UP].
3. Press the OK button.
The SET-UP menu appears.
4. Press or to select a menu option and then press

Explanation
This option adjusts the brightness of the LCD
monitor.
Set current date and time.
See p.17.
Specify in which language menus and
messages are to be displayed on the LCD
monitor.
Specify whether or not beeps are to be
generated when buttons are pressed.
Format an xD-Picture Card if it is inserted;
otherwise, format the internal memory.
To prevent recorded images and valuable
data from being accidentally erased from an
xD-Picture Card, make sure they are
transferred into your computer hard disk
before formatting.
Reset file number.
OFF: Reset the file number to 0001.
ON: Does not reset the file number. For the
next captured image, the file number will be
assigned the last recorded file number+1.
