Setting the Date and Time

The DATE/TIME screen will appear if/when:
Camera is switched on for the first time.
Camera is switched on after leaving the camera without batteries for an extended period of time.
1. Use or to select Year, Month, Day or Time.
2. Use or to set the number.
The time is displayed in 24-hours format.
3. Once you have set the date and time, press the OK button.
4. Pressing the MENU button switches the camera to Record mode.
If the camera is left for 3 hours or longer with the batteries removed, the date and time settings may revert to the factory default settings.
If this occurs, reset the date and time.
Changing the date and time
1. Press the MENU button to display the menu screen.
2. Use or to select SET-UP, and press the OK button.
3. Use or to select DATE/TIME, and press the OK button.
