Verifying Proper Installation

Check the "Windows Device Manager" to confirm that your
Adapter has been properly installed.
1. Right-click on "My Computer" and select "Manage".
2. Select the "Device Manager" tab.
3. Click the (+) sign next to "Disk drives". The "Disk drives"
will now include one entry that reads "Generic USB Card
Reader USB Device".
4. There will also be an entry under "Universal Serial Bus
Controllers", which will include an entry that reads "USB
Mass Storage Device".
