PIZZA FUNCTION (model MW500CV only)
This accessory can be used to improve browning of the bottom of any food, without having to turn it
over. Here are some important tips:
1. always use oven mitts to remove the pizza plate from the oven as it becomes very hot
2. never use metal implements on the pizza plate to avoid scratching the surface.
3. never place other containers on the pizza plate.
4. to obtain the best cooking results, always preheat the plate.
Place the pizza plate (with a little oil if

required by the recipe) on the metal
rack and place in the oven on the glass
turntable.
Start the oven in microwave mode at

maximum power for three minutes.
At the end of preheating, take out the

pizza plate using oven mitts (it is very
hot!).
Place the food on the pizza plate, then
put back on the wire rack in the oven.
Turn the programme selector knob to

the pizza position.
Set the cooking time by turning the Time

knob clockwise.
