- USB Mouse Support:
This item allows you to select [Enabled] for using USB mouse in DOS environment, or
[Disabled] in OS environment.
OnChip Audio Controller:
This option enables or disables the audio controller.
OnChip LAN Controller:
This option enables or disables the LAN controller.
- Onboard LAN Boot ROM:
This item allows you to use the boot ROM (instead of a disk drive) to boot-up the system and
access the local area network directly.
Onboard FDC Controller:
Two options are available: Enabled and Disabled. The default setting is Enabled. You can
enable or disable the onboard FDC controller.
Onboard Serial Port 1: (For model "KN8 Ultra" and "KN8" only)
This is used to specify the I/O address and IRQ of Serial Port 1. Six options are available:
Disabled 3F8/IRQ4
3F8/IRQ4.
Onboard Parallel Port: (For model "KN8 Ultra" and "KN8" only)
Sets the I/O address and IRQ of the onboard parallel port. Four options are available: Disabled
378/IRQ7 278/IRQ5
Parallel Port Mode: (For model "KN8 Ultra" and "KN8" only)
Four options are available: SPP
- EPP Mode Select:
Two options are available: EPP1.7
selected for the parallel port mode is EPP, the two EPP version options are available.
- ECP Mode Use DMA:
Two options are available: 1
parallel port mode is ECP, the DMA channel selected can be Channel 1 or Channel 3.
IDE HDD Block Mode:
This item enables or disables the IDE HDD Block Mode.
