1 Programme chart
It will help you to choose the most suitable washing
programme for your laundry.
2 Spin speed selector dial
This dial allows you to select the spin speed or the
following options:
= no spin. All the spinning phases are
G G
suppressed. To be used for items that tend to
wrinkle. If selected on programmes A and B the
machine will perform an extra rinse (4 instead of
3).
= anti-crease (water in tub). The water of the
G G
last rinse is not emptied out to avoid any creasing
in the laundry.
The spin speeds on the dial refer to cottons,
synthetics, mixed fabrics, wool and "handwash".
For delicates, position 900 corresponds to 650 rpm.
Position 300 corresponds to 300 rpm for all
programmes.
3 Quick wash button
By depressing this button on cotton and synthetics
programmes the washing time will be reduced by
approx. 35 mins for cotton from COLD
and by 20 mins for synthetics.
Max. recommended temperature 60°C.
To be used for lightly soiled laundry.
4 Extra rinse button
By depressing this button on programmes A-B for
cotton and linen the machine will perform 4 rinses
instead of 3.
To be used in areas where the water is very soft or
for people allergic to detergents or who have very
delicate skin.
5 On/Off button
Press this button to start the machine. The same
button is used to switch the machine off.
Before selecting a programme or changing an
ongoing programme the machine must be
switched off by depressing the On/Off button.
6 Mains-on light
It comes on when the machine starts operating and
goes out by depressing ON/OFF button to switch the
machine off.
7 Temperature selector dial
(thermostat)
To select the washing temperature turn the dial to
the required value.

To be used for delicate items such as curtains.

To be used for items bearing the "hand wash" label.
8 Programme selector dial
To select the required washing programme turn the
