How do I reset Zen?
You can solve most problems with Zen by resetting it. To reset Zen, insert one end of a
paper clip into the Reset hole.
WARNING! Take care to insert the paper clip into the Reset hole and NOT the Microphone.
There was an unexpected power loss while saving settings.
Reload the firmware, download a newer firmware version
or contact Customer Support Services.
The firmware is corrupted. Reload the firmware, download
a newer firmware version or contact Customer Support
Services.
