Deleting fonts

The following procedure deletes fonts from printer memory. It
also gives you the option of deleting the font file from the
temporary file on your computer's hard disk. Unless you plan
to use a font later, it is a good idea to remove it from the hard
disk to free up storage space.
1. Open the Font Manager window.
2. Select the font you want to delete by highlighting its name in
the Installed Fonts list.
3. After selecting the font, click Delete.
A message appears asking if you want to delete the selected
font from your computer's hard disk.
4. Click Yes to delete the selected font from both printer
memory and your computer's hard disk.
Selecting No deletes the selected font from printer memory but
leaves it on the hard disk. The font name will not appear in
any menus, but the font will continue to take up hard disk
space.
5. After you finish deleting the font, click Exit to return to the
Driver Settings window.
Note:
The above delete operation does not remove factory default fonts from
printer memory.
