Congratulations for purchasing the PROFORM
S treadmill. From the advanced console to the cush-
ioned walking platform, the 1160 S is designed to make
your workouts at home more effective and enjoyable.
And when you're not exercising, the 1160 S can be
folded away, taking less than half the floor space of
conventional treadmills.
For your benefit, read this manual carefully before
