BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Congratulations for purchasing the PROFORM
1160 treadmill. From the advanced console to the cush-
ioned walking platform, the CT 1160 is designed to
make your workouts at home more effective and enjoy-
able. And when you're not exercising, the CT 1160 can
be folded away, taking less than half the floor space of
conventional treadmills.
For your benefit, read this manual carefully before
