Fluke 983 Particle Counter.
The Fluke 983 Particle Counter ("The Particle Counter") is
a portable instrument that measures and reports air
contamination. It holds 5,000 samples in memory and
records the date, time, counts, sample volume,
temperature, and relative humidity of each sample. The
data can be easily downloaded to a personal computer
using the interface cable adapter, cable, and FlukeView
Forms Documenting Software provided with the unit.

Applications

The Particle Counter can be used for:
Monitoring cleanrooms
Indoor air quality investigations
Monitoring gowning rooms
Testing filter seals
Locating particle contamination sources
Monitoring particle size distributions
