Time Shift
This TV offers
a Time Shift function,
a feature that lets you pause and rewind
live TV as you would
with a DVD. However, Time Shift
is only available
for digital
channels.
In addition,
activating
the Time
Shift
function
disables
the Broadcasting
menu.

Recordings
are DRM-protected
and therefore
cannot
be played
back on a computer
or on a
different
TV. In addition,
these files cannot
be played
back on your TV if its video circuit
is
replaced.
The maximum
amount
of time available
for the Time Shift
function

A USB hard drive with a speed of 5,400rpm

on the amount
of available
hard drive space
and the recording
quality
level.
The TV's settings
apply
when playing
back recordings
and using the Time Shift function.
Connecting
a TV-recording
USB device automatically
deletes abnormally
saved Time Shift and
recording
files.

The Time Shift function
may terminate
automatically
once it reaches its maximum
capacity.
The Time Shift function
requires
at least 1.5GB of free space available
on the USB storage
device.
Launching
an application,
switching
to an analog
channel,
and otherwise
changing
the TV to
a state that does not support
the Time Shift function
automatically
terminates
the Time Shift
function.
The Time Shift operation
will
resume if the TV is changed
back to a digital
channel
again.
