"MRR".............Company identifier.
"C" ...................Message class.
"01"..................Message identifier.
mk ....................Active frequency: m = MHz, where m = desired MHz frequency - 30h, ranging
mk ....................Standby frequency: m = MHz, where m = desired MHz frequency - 30h, ranging
a .......................Transceiver status:
s........................Squelch test setting: (ASCII) 0 = automatic; 1 = test selected
