The washing machine fills
and empties at the same
time.
No drainage of the
washing machine.

Make sure the end of the drainage pipe is higher

than the water level in the machine.
Check if the drainage pipe and sewage have

been sealed. If they have been, there will be
poor ventilation which causes siphoning.
Check if the drainage pump is blocked.

Check if the drainage pipe is bent or blocked.
o
Check the height of the drainage nozzle and
o
make sure it is 0.6 – 1 meter from the bottom of
the washing machine.
Level the appliance.

Fasten the footing.

Check the transportation bolts have been

removed.
Check if the detergent use is excessive.

Put one scoop of softener mixed with ½ litre of
