OmniPass Fingerprint Recognition Software (optional)
The optional fingerprint sensor uses Softex OmniPass which provides password management capabilities
to Microsoft Windows operating systems. OmniPass lets you use a "master password" for all Windows,
applications, and on-line passwords. The software also presents a convenient user interface through which
you can securely manage passwords, users, and multiple identities for each user.
Norton Internet Security™ from Symantec
Your system is pre-installed with a free 90-day trial version of Symantec's Norton Internet Security™.
Internet Security is designed to protect your notebook from computer viruses. It assists in protection of
the data currently on your hard disk from contamination or destruction. The trial version is activated upon
acceptance of software license agreement. After 90 days, you must purchase a subscription from
Symantec to download the latest definitions. (See online help or manual for more information on how and
when to run this program)
Microsoft OneNote
OneNote lets you collect all of your notes and information in an electronic "notebook" so that you can
organize your pictures, text, notes, and audio/video files in a single, searchable place.
