You will receive
a certificate
to
purchase a replacement product from your local dealer.
You will then send the purchase receipts for the original and the
replacement
microwave
ovens,
along
with
the
purchase
authorization certificate to us.
We will send you a refund check for the purchase price of the
original product. This gives you the opportunity
to upgrade to
another model or to receive the full purchase price of the original
model even if you decide to purchase a less expensive model.

or contrary to the requirements
of precautions
in the Operating Guide, accident, vermin, fire,
flood, improper installation, acts of God, unauthorized
modification or alteration, incorrect electrical current or
voltage, or commercial use, or use for other than intended purpose.
The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances
shall be borne by the consumer.
