It is prohibited that "1" is specified in DTIPE and PLPB simultaneously.
If DTIPE=PLPB=1 is specified, it responds with CHECK CONDITION (ILLEGAL
REQUEST, VALID FIELD IN THE PARAMETER LIST.)
