3.3 Contact List

From the contact list you can view contact information, search for a contact in a group and call a contact.
The status information in the contact list displays the availability of the contact. Icons indicate presence
to the left of the contact' s name, and by text to the right. You can adjust the status of your IP8540. Refer

In the contact list, you can view the following information for each contact:
Contact's presence,
Contact's name, and
Contact card, which contains additional details about the contact.

3.3.1 Viewing a Contact Card

A contact card provides details about the contact' s availability, activity and alternate phone numbers.
Depending on the level of access granted you by a contact, the card displays the contact' s schedule,
phone numbers, as well any note the contact has written.
To view a contact card:
From the Contacts screen, tap the name of the contact.
