Symptom
Recorded pictures are not
saved in memory.
The camera cannot
take pictures.
Color of the playback
pictures is different from
the picture on the LCD
screen during recording.

Problem
Camera powers off before
the save operation is
completed.
Or
Removing the memory card
before the save operation is
completed.
The flash is recharging.
Or
The SD card is not
formatted correctly.
Or
The camera is set to
the
mode.
Or
The SD card Memory is full.
Sunlight or light from
another source is shinning
directly into the lens during
recording.

A memory card with non-
DCF pictures recorded with
another camera is loaded in
the camera.
All the pictures in the
current memory are
protected.
There is a problem with the
camera-TV connection.
Or
TV setup is wrong.
Or
Video system is
incompatible.
Solution
If the battery is exhausted, recharge
your battery.
Do not remove the memory card
before the save operation is
completed.
Wait until the flash is fully charged.
The SD card may be damaged.
Please use a new card.
Delete images you no longer need,
or use another memory card.
Position the camera so that sunlight
does not shine directly onto the lens.
The camera cannot display non-DCF
pictures recorded onto a memory
card used by another digital camera.
Unprotected the pictures and video
clips you want to erase.
Use the supplied video cable to
connect the camera to the TV.
Consult the documentation of the TV
and set it to video mode.
Select the proper video output
system.
