unfold connector lock
press FPCB over an adhesive
tape
1.remove the cover of an adhesive tpae and unfold connector
lock
2.slide FPCB into connector lock until the white line on
the FPCB meets connector
3.press FPCB over an adhesive tape and close connector lock
※ Caution
1. be careful not to damage FPCB
2. be careful not to damage connector lock
3. confirm FPCB is fully inserted into connector lock

put ear-cover
start assembly by
pressing antenna spot
press spot near the press spot near the
side key
1.put ear-cover into REAR
2.at first press antenna spot to combine FRONT with REAR
3.assemble FRONT and REAR by order described on the
pictures
※ Caution
1. confirm keys are placed on the right place
2. be careful not to give excessive pressure while
assembling FRONT and REAR
3. make sure there is no openings between FRONT and REAR
slide FPCB into connector lock
close connector lock
then press the lower
side of antenna

1.place BT antenna and mic onto FRONT
2.place PBA onto FRONT
2.fix FPCB at FRONT than put volume key and switch key into
FRONT
※ Caution
1. Be careful not to tear down FPCB
2. when assembling side keys make sure it's in the
right direction

1.screw 4 points
2. while inserting IF cover, make sure it's in the right
direction
3.before inserting screw cap ,check direction mark inside
the cap
※ Caution
1. when inserting covers, use urethane form JIG
2. be careful not to make any scratch while
assembling FRONT and REAR
