PROBLEM
No power to unit
Pretzel rack does not rotate
Heat lamp does not light

Power cord unplugged
Circuit breaker tripped
Power cord or plug damaged
ON/OFF switch OFF
Door not completely closed
Door safety switch damaged
Rack not engaged in drive
Drive motor damaged
ON/OFF switch OFF
Heat lamp loose in socket or burned out
Damaged wiring

TROUBLESHOOTING SUGGESTIONS

Plug power cord into appropriate receptacle
Reset circuit breaker
Replace power cord assembly
Press switch to "ON"
Close door to engage safety switch
Replace door safety switch
Properly install pretzel rack
Repair/replace drive motor and/or drive coupling
Press switch to "ON"
Tighten or replace heat lamp
Repair wiring
