4 Tap to select Every 10 minutes, Every 15 minutes, Every 30 minutes or Every hour.
15.5.6 Set email notification on status bar
1 Tap Program Launcher > Email.
2 Tap to select an email account from the Accounts window.

and select Account settings > Email notifications.

15.5.7 Set Ringtone for the arrival of new emails
1 Tap Program Launcher > Email.
2 Tap to select an email account from the Accounts window.

4 Tap to select a ringtone or Silent.
5 Tap OK to confirm.
