Adding an Email Address to the Address Book
Email addresses that have been entered from the Scan/Email basic screen can be added to the
Address Book.

Press the Scan/Email key.

Select "Email".

Select "Keyboard".

Enter an Email address.
Ex: pcc@panasonic.com
Up to 60 characters can be entered.
For instructions on how to enter characters,
refer to Using the Keyboard in the
Operating Instructions (For Function
Parameters) of provided CD-ROM.

Select "Add to Local".

Select "Edit".

Enter the Station Name, and then
select "OK".
Up to 15 characters can be entered.

Enter a Key Name, and then select
"OK".
