1. Drain the DHW cylinder from the
secondary side.
2. Remove top panel A, thermal
insulation mat B and
thermometer sensor C.
3. Remove locking cap D, internal,
circular stainless steel disc E and
gasket F .

4. Disconnect the DHW cylinder
from the pipework to prevent any
cleaning agents and contaminants
entering the pipe system.
5. Remove loose deposits with a
high pressure cleaner.
¨ Only use plastic tools to clean
the inside.

6. Use a chemical cleaning agent

to remove hard deposits that
cannot be removed by a high
F
pressure cleaner.
¨ Safety instructions
Do not use cleaning agents
containing hydrochloric acid.
7. Thoroughly flush the DHW
cylinder after cleaning.
8. Reconnect the DHW cylinder to
the pipework.
9. A new gasket F must be fitted
to locking cap D every time the
cylinder is opened.
10. Fit circular stainless steel disc E,
locking cap D and tighten down
with 160 Nm.
11. Fill the DHW cylinder from the
secondary side.
12. Fit thermometer sensor C,
thermal insulation mat B and
top panel A.
