What to do if...

The solar thermal system does not start

Cause
The mains isolator is switched OFF.
The solar control unit MCB has respon-
ded (mains voltage is present, display
does not illuminate).
Collector limit temperature or set cylinder
temperature has been reached.
The solar control unit is in "manual
mode".

There is no DHW available

Cause
The solar control unit is faulty.
Collector temperature too high; safety
shutdown through the solar control unit.
The set cylinder temperature is too low.
Solar circuit pump faulty.
The DHW cylinder is not reheated:
The operating and time program is incor-
rectly set at the boiler control unit.

Remedy
Switch ON the mains isolator.
Contact your local heating contractor.
Wait until the respective temperature has
fallen below the relevant limit.
To select "Auto":
1. Press

until "Manual mode" is dis-
played.
3. Press OK to confirm.
4. Press
until "Relay 1" etc. is dis-
played.
5. Press OK to confirm.
