    Assembly Procedure Step 1 Attach the Base Feet to the Base. Tools Needed: • 6mm Allen Wrench Parts Needed: • Base Figure A • Base Foot A Narrow Configuration • Base Foot B NOTE: There are two possible assembly configurations for the TV Stand.
  • Page 7 Assembly Procedure Step 2 Attach Lower Mast to Base Assembly Lower Mast Tools Needed: • 6mm Allen Wrench Parts Needed: • Lower mast 2-1 Align the Lower mast with the holes in the Base Assembly. Base Assembly make sure the wide flat side of the Upright is facing the front of the Base Assembly.
  • Page 8 Assembly Procedure Step 3 Slide Base Shroud onto the Lower Mast Parts Needed: • Base Shroud 3-1 Slide the Base Shroud onto the Lower mast but do not secure it to the Base at this time.   • Page 9 Assembly Procedure Step 5 Insert Upper Mast into Lower Mast Tools Needed: • 5mm Allen Wrench Parts Needed: • Upper mast 5-1 Slide the Upper mast and Locking Collar into the Lower mast with the warning sticker on the Upper mast and the Locking Collar Clamp toward the back of the stand. (Figure A) Note: The Locking Collar will fit very tightly into the Lower mast.

    Installation Procedure Step 8 Attach LCD Monitor Tools Needed: • 6mm Allen Wrench 8-1 Position the LCD monitor on the mast (Figure A) with the metal Tabs resting between the upright prongs.   • Page 13 Installation Procedure Step 9 Connect Wires to Monitor The connections shown are for Pre Wired units with Coaxial and power connections only. For alternative configurations please refer to the LCD monitor owners manual. IMPORTANT! You must wire tie the Power Wire to the LCD Bracket to avoid accidental disconnection.
  • Page 14 Installation Procedure Step 10 Install Upper and lower Shroud Tools Needed: • Phillips Head Screwdriver Lower Shroud Parts Needed: • Upper & Lower Shroud 10-1 Use two Phillips Head Screws, Washers and Lock Washers from the hardware kit to attach the Lower Shroud to the mast just below the LCD monitor.
  • Page 15 Installation Procedure Step 12 Connect the Power Wire Parts Needed: • Power wire (from LCD Kit) 12-1 Connect the Power Wire to the Wire Harness. 12-2 Tuck the Wire Harness and Power Brick into the Base but leave about 6” of the Coaxial Cable exposed.
  • Page 16 Installation Procedure Step 14 Connect Wireless Remote Parts Needed: • Wireless remote (from Wired remote Kit) 14-1 Plug the free end of the Wired remote wire into the Wired remote. Note: The Wired remote will be secured to the piece of fitness equipment using two zip-ties after stand is in place in front of the equipment .
