Problem
The laundry is not
sufficiently dry.
Pillows still feel damp
after being dried.
Feather filled pillows
smell after drying.
Possible cause
The load consisted of
different fabrics or the
item was very large.
– The pillow is very large.
– The tumble dryer has
been overloaded.
Feathers are a natural
product and this is quite
normal.
Problem solving guide
Remedy
– Finish drying using the
Warm air programme.
– Select a more suitable
drying programme next
time (see "Programme
chart").
– Use the Pillows
hygiene programme for
drying very large items
such as bedding.
– See the appropriate
section in the
"Programme chart".
– Dry pillows repeatedly
using the Pillows
hygiene programme,
until dry, or leave to dry
in the fresh air.
The smell will dissipate
after sufficient airing.
