Remove the water container from the
appliance and rinse thoroughly by hand
using hot water. Do not use any
washing-up liquid or detergent. The
insert can alse be removed for rinsing
(see "Cleaning and care").
The appliance has been treated with a
conditioning agent before leaving the
factory. To remove this from the oven
cavity you can use a solution of hot
water with a little washing-up liquid.
However, make sure that you do not get
any washing-up liquid solution on the
door seal. Clean the inside of the water
container housing and the accessories
You should then run the COOK
UNIVERSAL (100 °C) programme for 15
minutes to flush out the waterways.
Proceed as described in "Operation".
Warning! A lot of steam will be emitted
from the appliance the first time it is
used.
