THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO COOK YOUR FOOD
1. Set by TEMPERATURE
- Turn unit on at mains power, power indicator (1) will illuminate.
- Press on/off switch (2).
- Press function button (3) once.
- Small light on left side (7) will illuminate.
- Select which TEMPERATURE you wish to cook at by pressing the low
or high button (4) or (8) and read off from the bottom row of settings (11).
- Food will cook at the temperature selected.
- You can change the temperature at any time with the low or high buttons.
2. Set by MODE
- Turn unit on at mains power, power indicator (1) will illuminate.
- Press on/off switch (2).
- Press function button (3) twice.
- Small light on right hand side (5) will illuminate.
- Select which MODE you wish to cook at by pressing the low or high
button (4) or (8) and read off the MODE from the top row of settings(10).
- Food will cook within the constraints of the mode you have selected and will
be automatically controlled to ensure that the heat is constant for that mode.
- The temperature reading underneath the Mode setting has no relevance
when cooking using Mode settings.
- You can change the required mode at any time with the low or high buttons.
TIMER
- When the unit is switched on the Timer can be operated.
- Depress the 'timer' button (9) for each minute you require – up to 99 minutes.
- Depressing and holding the timer button will speed up the indicator on
the Timer display (6) to your required time.
- The Timer will count down once you have left it on your desired setting.
- When timing has finished, the unit will bleep once and turn itself off.
