Battery Information:

Requires 4 x "AA" size alkaline batteries
• After ice cream has been made, both the unit and the
batteries MUST be removed from the freezer and restored
to room temperature for at least 2 hours before re-use.

Installing and Replacing Batteries:

• Locate the battery compartment cover.
• Make sure the unit is at the OFF position. Open and remove
any old or exhausted batteries.
• Insert new 4 x "AA" alkaline batteries as follows:

CAUTION:
• Do not use rechargeable batteries with this unit as their
voltage is too low.
• Do not mix different types of batteries or mix old and new
batteries together.
• Use only the batteries of the same or equivalent type as
recommended.
• Insert batteries with the correct polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the unit.

• Only open the cover once the unit has finished its cycle or has
been turned off.
• Do not stir or mix manually while the motor is running and be
careful not to leave any utensils inside the mixer.
• For indoor use only.
• Take special caution of frozen metal parts. Do not touch with
bare or wet hands (or tongue) as they may stick and cause injury.
• Never heat the freezing chamber as it is sealed and can rupture.
• Always remove the batteries when not in use.
• Always remove the batteries before cleaning.
• Do not disassemble or try to repair the unit yourself.
• Do not use this appliance for other than its intended use.
