• Prepare each recipe as seen on the following pages or
improvise one of your own. Refrigerate any extra mix and make
a second batch when your unit has cooled down.When
improvising, remember to keep liquid and other ingredients
to the same measurements.

ALWAYS use Pasteurized Dairy Products.This is helpful for
good health.
• All frozen desserts have different textures, from hard and
chunky to soft and liquidy. If your Deluxe Double Treat
undesirable texture it could be due to the following reasons:
• Some recipes require the mixture to be pre-cooked. Make this
recipe at least one day ahead.This will allow the mixture to
cool completely. Never try to shortcut.
• Uncooked recipes will yield best results when blender or food
processor is used to beat eggs and sugar.This helps volumize
the mixture.
• Ice cream recipes are mostly a combination of cream, milk,
eggs and sugar.You can use any type of cream you like, but
the type of cream you use will have an impact on the rich
flavor and creamy texture.The higher percentage of fat, the
richer the ice cream and the softer the texture. For example,
heavy cream has at least 36% fat, followed by: whipping

Deluxe Double Treat™ Recipes:
Wash, peel and slice peaches. Cover with half
the sugar and let rest 1 hour. Puree fruit mix-
ture in blender or food processor until
smooth. Mix puree, cream and half & half into
large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix
well.
Deluxe Double Fat Free Ice Cream
Vanilla
2 cups (500ml) nonfat milk
1/2 cup (125ml) half & half
2 tsp. (10ml) vanilla extract
pinch salt
Mix all ingredients together.
Chocolate
2 cups (500ml) nonfat milk
1/3 cup (83ml) cocoa
2/3 cup (166ml) sugar
1 tsp. (5ml) vanilla extract
pinch salt
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add milk and vanilla, stirring together until
sugar dissolves.
Strawberry
1 package fresh-frozen strawberries
(partially thawed)
2 cups (500ml) nonfat milk
1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
3 tsp. (15ml) vanilla extract
pinch salt
Place all ingredients together in a blender or
food processor. Blend to desired smoothness
(less time to keep larger berry pieces).
Coffee
2 cups (500ml) nonfat milk
2 tsp. (10ml) instant coffee powder
1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
2 tsp. (10ml) vanilla extract
pinch salt
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Mocha
2 cups (500ml) nonfat milk
2 tsp. (10ml) cocoa
1 tsp. (5ml) instant coffee powder
1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
2 tsp. (10ml) vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add 1/4 cup (60ml) milk and mix well. Add
remaining milk and vanilla, stirring together
until sugar dissolves.
Banana
3 ripe bananas
2 cups (500ml) nonfat milk
1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
2 tsp. (10ml) vanilla extract
pinch salt
Place all ingredients together in a blender or
food processor and puree.
Mint
2 cups (500ml) nonfat milk
1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
2 tsp. (5ml) mint extract
green food coloring (optional)
pinch salt
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
together until sugar dissolves.
Variations for nonfat recipe:
• Use 12 packets sugar substitute to
replace each 1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
to create sugar-free recipes.
