Using the SRS 3D surround
sound feature
The SRS 3D surround sound feature expands the audio listening field
wider and deeper m create exception_ sound quality from the "l_V's
speakers. The feature uses stere() signals from a'l_V broadc&st or vide()
input.
"lb turn on the SRS 3D surround:
1. Select STEREO mode (See "Selecting stereo/SAP broadc&sts" on
page 47).
2. Press MENU, and then press "9 or _ until the THENFER
menu
appears.
3. Press A or • m highlight SRS 3D.
4. Press "9 or _ to highlight ON.

In general, you can leave your'l_V in ON mode because it will

produce the type of sound being broadcast
(surround stere() or monaural).
Adjusting
the sound quality
