b). Use 4 CC Round Head Screws and 4 DD Lock Washers
to securely attach Firebox to Cart Brace, Left (D) and Cart
Brace, Right (G). See Fig. 14.
c). Insert Crank Handle (S) through hole in Firebox control
panel and screw it into threaded socket for raising Charcoal
Tray. See Fig. 14.
9. Side Shelf Assembly
a). Use 2 AA Round Head Screws and 2 BB Lock Washers
to attach Side Shelf front panel left (ZH) to side shelf, left (X).
Repeat above procedure to attach Side Shelf front panel,
right (ZI) to side shelf right (Y). See Fig. 15.
b). Use 2 CC Round Head Screws and 2 DD lock washers to
attach assembled Side shelf, right assembly to grill body
from inside firebox to side shelf. See Fig. 16.
c). Use 4 CO Round Head Screw and 4 DD lock washers to
lock side shelf to the right cart legs (E&F). See Fig. 16.
d). Use 1 AA Round Head Screw and 1BB lock washer to
lock side shelf front panel ,right to main control panel. See Fig.
15.
Repeat b). to d). steps to attach left side shelf to grill body.
10. Electronic Ignition Battery Installation
Unscrew the electronic ignition button and place the
Battery (ZK) into the housing with the positive terminal
(+) facing outward. Replace the ignition button after
the battery has been installed as shown in Fig. 17.
11. Install the Grease Tray & Charcoal Ash Tray
Install the Grease Tray (ZG) from the rear of the grill by
sliding it all the way onto the glides underneath Gas firebox.
Insert Grease Cup (Z) into Grease Tray (ZJ). See Fig. 18.
Note: Grease Tray Funnel must be toward the center of the
grill.
Install the Ash Tray (ZA) by sliding it all the way onto the
glides underneath the Charcoal firebox. See Fig. 18.
