    Power Supply The set can be operated by - Two 1.5V batteries (IEC 46 or UM-3 or AA sizes) - DC 3V power adapter (not supplied) to connect to 3V DC jack Connector plug 6 mm dia., negative pole inside (center negative) . Insert two 1.5V batteries into the battery compartment.

    Alarm time (Standby) set To set the alarm only when radio is off. Press Standby button , display alarm icon also last alarm time will appear. Press Standby button again for more than 2 seconds until display alarm icon also last alarm time flashes. Press tuning UP/DOWN button to set the alarm hour then press Standby button again to set the minute.

    Manual station tuning If the transmission frequency of a desired station is known, manual tuning is advisable.     MW (AM) tuning step The initial tuning step on MW step is set at 9 kHz every tune, however if travel into Northern America ( Canada and USA ) where tuning step is 10 kHz tuning step. You have to change the tuning step on MW band.
