steps 1 through

page.
Press MENU, then press
4 or • until
the PREMIUM menu appears.
Press • or • to select"SURROUND."

To deactivate
the Surround
sound
function
Select
"Off"
in step
4 above.
NOTE:
Normally
you can leave the MTS function
set to "STR" and the
SURROUND
sound function
set to "On".
The TV will automatically
produce either Surround,
stereo or monaural,
whichever
is broadcast.
