You can use TYPE I (normal) tape.
1 Load a tape.
To play both decks in succession, press
PLAY MODE on the remote repeatedly
until "RELAY" (Relay Play)* appears in
the display.
2 Press I2> (or _ on the remote).
The t_pe starts pl_ying.

* Aider the playback of tile front side of deck A,
deck 13plays the front side, then stops.

resume play.

To go forward
Press _ during playback.

To go back
Press _ during playback.

The AMS function
]nay not operate
correctly under
tile t_llowing circumstances:
When the unrecorded space between songs is less
than 4 seconds long.
When the system is placed near a lelevision.
