Viewing Age-Based Ratings
A_r you block age-based ratings, you have tile option of changing some of tile
ratings back to _c_t_
1. Determine which blocked rating you want lo view.
2. [se tile tip and down arrow bul/ons to select tile rating with a slams
of Block.
3. Press tile right arrow button to move tile yellow highlight to the rating
status field.
4. Press tile up buuon to select !_Tezv.
Note: 7l'_econtent status fields co_wespo*Ming to the Jmblocked rating
become Vieu as well 7t)<F and the age-based rating stilt,s are the only

Blocking Specific Content Themes
You can block programs based on their content. (Content is represented by the
D, L, S, V, FV and TV-Y on your screen. See tile beginning of this section lk)r
details,) When you block a content theme lk)r a particular rating, you
automatically block that content theme lk)r higher rated programs as well.
For example, if you do not want your child to watch programs that have adult
language (L) rated TV-PG or higher, then you could block out all programming
TV-PG and above containing adult language.
To block program content:
1. Determine tile lowest level of content you don't want tile child to walch.
2.
[se tile up and down arrow buttons on tile remote to scroll through the
age-based ratings until the rating that corresponds with the lowest content
you do not want the child lo watch appears. (In the example above, you
would scroll through tile ratings until tile TV-PG rating appeared.)
3. Press tile right arrow button to move tile highlight to the field
corresponding with the content theme you want Ioblock out.
4. Press tile tip or down arrow buKon to change content status
