Why does channel search find a lot of channels, but when I try to tune to them there's
nothing there?
Some channels are enabled by the cable company that don't carry programming, such as video-
on-demand. When channels are unavailable, your T\/'s screen is blank or appears like snow.
You probably want to get rid of these so they no longer appear in your channel list. Remove
these in the CT?aJm(,l List menu. Go to [)age 40 for more information.
Why does the first channel search take a long time?
If you have both analog and digital channels, the T\ / is looking for all available channels in the
channe] list. If you do have digital
channe]s,
the T\ is also searching for each sub-channel of
that digital channel.
