If you enter "0000" for the "ON" time,
the TV will not turn itself on. It will,
however, turn itself off (if it is playing)
at whatever
"OF]_" time you set.
Note: This is convenient
if you waaat the
TV to turn itself off each night at a
certain time.

If you enter "0000"
for the "OFF'
time,
the "IV will not turn itself off. It will,
however,
come on (or change channels)
at whatever
"ON"
time you set and stay
on until you turn it off.
Turning Off Alarm
-Turning Off Alarm Before--
It Turns TV On or Off
1. Press SETUP
then "2" on the
remote control to enter the
Alarm function.
2. Then press "-"
to turn off
alarm. Pressing "-"
will not
erase the time and channel
information.
The letters "AL" will disappear
from the on-screen
display to let
you know the alarm has been
turned
off.
The alarm will remain off until you
turn it on again.
- Turning Off Alarm After
It Turns
TV On
There are two ways to turn off the
alarm whenever it turns on the TV.
A. Press OFF on remote.
This way simply turns off the
"IV but leaves the alarm turned
"on" so it will activate the TV
again the next day.
B. Press CLEAR
on remote within
20 seconds after alarm turns TV
on.
This way turns off the alarm so
it will not function again until
you turn alarm back on. The
TV remains
on.
