Press and hold the Output 3 button and the Output 4 button (figure 3-30)
for approximately 2 seconds until the LEDs light steadily. The output 3 and
output 4 video and audio signals are unmuted.

and Output 4 buttons.
The LEDs stop blinking and light steadily to indicate
that the RGBHV and audio outputs are unmuted.
