COOKING
SAFETY

Use dry, sturdy potholders. D amp potholders
may cause burns from steam. Dishtowelsor
other substitutes should never be used as
potholdersbecausethey can trail across hot

Always let quantitiesof hotfat usedfor deep
fat frying coot before attemptingto move or
handle.
Donot letcookinggreaseor otherflammable

turn the ovenoff at the end of cooking.
